Great to meet you!

On the outside, you’ve got things handled. You are thoughtful, capable, and the person everyone else relies on to keep things steady. But behind the scenes, you are running on empty. You’ve reached a point where you are starting to feel the real, heavy cost of always putting yourself last, and you're realizing you can't keep going on autopilot anymore.

Whenever a relationship feels a little shaky, or things in your life are up in the air, your brain instantly goes into overdrive. That uncomfortable feeling of not knowing where you stand makes you get stuck in a mental loop. You find yourself replaying conversations over and over, trying to read between the lines of every text, and mentally preparing for the worst-case scenario just to feel a sense of control. To quiet that quiet panic, you jump right into fix-it mode, taking on all the emotional heavy lifting to make sure everyone else is comfortable, while completely draining your own desires and needs.

My approach to therapy

I work specifically with women who are ready to stop running on autopilot and step into their next chapter with real self-trust. Therapy with me is a warm, collaborative, and entirely judgment-free space where you can finally take off the pressure to perform. Together, as a team, we look gently at these loops, find realistic ways to pause the fixing mode, and help you build true self-trust so you can finally feel grounded on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

You have spent enough time taking care of everyone else; your first session is simply a safe space to put that heavy lifting down. You don't have to carry this weight alone or keep pretending you have it all handled. If you are ready to pause the fixing loops and build a life that feels steady, mutual, and secure, let's connect today.
