Great to meet you!

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in working together, I look forward to connecting.

I have been licensed as a Social Worker in Texas since 2009, & have been fully licensed as a Psychotherapist since 2014. I have been a Board-Approved Supervisor since 2016, & have also been a Registered Yoga Teacher since 2015.

My preferred clients for telehealth are women & teens, however if you feel we would be a good fit, feel free to reach out.

To clarify in regard to LGBTQIA+ treatment, my focus is on Lesbian, Gay & Bisexual.

For private pay clients, as a 2.95% processing fee is applied to card payments (FSA/HSA included), my preference is for bank account payments.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach to therapy, & try to keep curiosity & mindfulness in the forefront of our therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a consultation, where we can begin to find out if we are a good fit to work together.
