Great to meet you!

Hello

I am a Licensed Psychologist and a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I work with individuals ages 6 - 60 using a variety of therapeutic techniques. I believe in helping clients identify their strengths and resources they bring to the therapy process as we work together to help develop coping skills for the issues you bring to the therapy space.

I have been in the mental health field for 20 plus years with expertise in working with individuals with TBI, Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder

A bit about my approach to therapy

In therapy I will work with you to determine how to best help your resolve the issues you bring to the therapy space using therapeutic techniques such as play therapy, Cognitive Behavorial Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

When we start the therapy process, we will spend a few sessions getting to know each other and determine the focus of our work together. After the goals are set, I will partner with you to help you achieve your goals.
