Great to meet you!

I plan to complete my Doctorate in Philosophy at Sam Houston State University in the Summer of 2026. My research interests include expressive art therapies and anxiety. In practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families to address issues such as anxiety, abuse, addiction, control, power, grief, and poor self-image.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a congruent, nonjudgmental view that uses existentialism to explore meaning in the client's worldview and how that currently shows up in the working relationship. I work well with helping to empower and reach congruency, which suits clients struggling with personality disorders or any issues that come along with a poor self-image.

What you can expect from me

When gently challenged to understand themselves and their behaviors, my clients take away the importance of self-reflection and perspective checking- empowering choice back into my client's hands.
