Great to meet you!

Whether you are dealing with overwhelming life transitions, difficulties with loss of energy, sleep, focus, I am confident in my ability to meet you where you are at. I also work in acute inpatient psychiatric settings as well as intensive outpatient programs and can work with more complex medication management clientele, as well as diagnostic clarification.

My approach to therapy

As a provider I take a holistic approach to behavioral health care and aim to utilize tools outside of just medication management in order to help you attain your individualized goals. I see you as a whole person; mind, body, and soul, and want to provide you with alternatives that conventional psychiatry practitioners often overlook. I strongly focus on incorporating exercise and nutrition, proper sleep hygiene, talk therapy, and development of executive functioning skills, all as ways to enhance your patient experience and outcomes.

What you can expect from me

I think it is important to look at all aspects of your life in order to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan. I use different tools in order to track progress so that you can see the work you're putting in actually pay off. It can be very overwhelming seeking help for ourselves; I want to be able to provide the support that meets your unique needs.
