Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my MSW degree from Walden University. After many years as a performing artist, I left the profession to pursue a lifelong goal of becoming a therapist. Performing in front of audiences was fulfilling, but being a therapist has even deeper rewards. In this field, I can support and empower my clients to explore and resolve internal and external obstacles, allowing them to live meaningful and authentic lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Journaling, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Psychodynamic techniques. I am a client-focused therapist and believe each client's individual process needs to be honored and respected.

What you can expect from our first session

I understand that life can sometimes be overwhelming, and navigating through difficult emotions or situations is not always easy. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or any other mental health concerns, I am here to walk alongside you every step of the way. My aim is to create a warm and non-judgmental environment that nurtures a safe space for personal growth and insight.
