After many years as a performing artist, I left that profession to pursue a lifelong goal of becoming a therapist. Performing in front of audiences was fulfilling, but as a therapist, it is profoundly more rewarding to engage in the process of supporting and empowering individuals to explore and resolve internal and external obstacles, allowing them to live meaningful and authentic lives.
I utilize a combination of modalities, including Narrative Therapy, Journaling, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Psychodynamic techniques. I am a client-focused therapist and believe that each individual’s therapeutic process is uniquely their own.
In our collaborative sessions, we will delve into your past experiences, beliefs, and thinking patterns that may be hindering your progress. Together, we will identify and challenge negative thoughts or behaviors, replacing them with healthier and more adaptive alternatives.
