Great to meet you!
I love that I get to talk to people about their lives on a daily basis, as my job. I strive to seek understanding and learn on a consistent basis, yet really love the human to human connection and providing a heart-centered sanctuary for exploration.
I have training and experience providing various modalities like IFS, mindfulness, polyvagal-informed activities, creative-arts therapy, EMDR, CBT, and DBT. These can be explored throughout the therapy process. I have past experience with more than a decade of being a mental health first-responder and a couple years after that being a trauma therapist. I love exploring the spectrum of experiences to better understand others.
I believe I need to walk the walk, therefore practice various beneficial self care activities, an active lifestyle, and love of the arts and cultural experiences. I love animals, spirituality and believe in esoteric experiences that can transcend materialistic science.
