. I was born an empath and a nurturer. i had ADHD and a critical family, I struggled with low self-esteem. I had to learn to love and accept myself. That I believe, helps me to be a compassionate therapist. I connect with others easily on a deep level. My work is my purpose. I raised three kids, I had my own company, I did my internship at hospice. I worked for two years at a rehab facility. I am EMDR trained and have been practicing as an amft for five years.
