Great to meet you!

When trying to do it all yourself is no longer working....stress, anxiety, depression and life transitions can feel heavy and burdensome. Would you like to put that down? You need understanding, insight and someone to dig in with what is going on within all the layers that make you...YOU. We all need help sometimes to work through expected and unexpected life events. You may be surprised at how you are responding or that you are researching treatment options period.

My approach to therapy

I can help you explore what is happening on the inside and how it is affecting your environment. I take a primarily Cognitive Behavioral Approach however also use brief solution focused, relaxation and other tools depending on the clinical situation. I strongly believe that our thoughts impact our emotions therefore our actions.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy working with people that are motivated and look to make positive changes in their lives. As people, life is about relationships - with others, our family, our work and our world. I feel privileged to walk along side of you and partner on the journey toward growth, change and problem resolution.
