Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm glad you are ready to take the first step in feeling better. I am a licensed mental health clinician in New York State and a nationally Registered Dance/Movement Therapist. Additionally, I am Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) certified. Therapy is a collaborative process. We will weave traditional talk therapy and creative modalities tailored specifically to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

Facing life challenges can be overwhelming. We often feel alone and isolated in our struggles. Sometimes, finding the right person to listen and support you is needed. I am here for you. You are not alone. I am a down-to-earth, intuitive therapist who provides genuine and non-judgmental counseling.

What you can expect from me

With over 15 years of experience in wellness and mental health, I provide compassionate guidance to help you find balance and honor your authentic self. Together, we will embark on an effective, evidence-based, and restorative journey.
