Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or worn down by anxiety, life transitions, or ongoing stress. Many of my clients are navigating change, burnout, or the feeling that they’ve been holding things together for too long. My focus is on helping people feel more grounded, supported, and able to function more fully in their daily lives.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC‐D) offering virtual therapy to adults and young adults in New York. My work is trauma‐informed and integrative, drawing from cognitive‐behavioral, attachment‐based, and systems‐oriented approaches. I tailor therapy to each individual, with attention to how personal history, relationships, and current stressors intersect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is steady, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy works best as a human, working relationship — one where it’s okay if things feel awkward at first, where insight can coexist with humor and compassion, and where progress happens at a pace that feels sustainable. I support clients in building understanding, practical coping tools, and meaningful change without pressure to “fix everything” at once.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to get to know one another and for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy at your own pace. I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment where you feel heard and respected.

Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals and identifying next steps, so you leave with a sense of direction, support, and grounding.
