Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin, Missouri, and Michigan.

I've worked with a wide range of clients over the years. I have experience working with people who are struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, stress, self-esteem issues, and other problems.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a mix of therapy approaches because I believe that's the best way to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client. I collaborate closely with clients. Together, we identify areas for personal growth and develop tailored strategies for positive change.

What you can expect from our first session

I want to make sure my clients feel comfortable enough to share their successes and problems with me. I use humor, curiosity, and accountability to communicate with them. I'm transparent with them, and I encourage them to be open with me. If we miss a goal, I see it as a chance to figure out why we missed it or if the goal was unrealistic to begin with.
