Great to meet you!

TIRED OF THERAPISTS WHO CAN'T RELATE?

My journey to being a therapist started with my desire to figure myself out. I combine my lived experienced with my professional skill to walk alongside you in therapy.

My career started in 2017 working with families involved with DCYF. Then I transitioned to inpatient substance use treatment. Most recently, I've provided crisis intervention and mental health assessments in the emergency department and with the state's mobile crisis team.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I offer individual and couple's therapy for adults using a down-to-earth and evidence-based approach incorporating mindfulness, practical skills, and communication strategies. I'm not a "blank slate" therapist who just offers a place to vent for an hour. When you work with me, you can expect to feel challenged, supported, and encouraged to make lasting change.

What you can expect from our first session

Each session, you can expect to receive feedback, practice coping skills, and learn how to incorporate our work into your everyday life and relationship. Talking things through is a great start, but it's the skills and feedback a therapist offers combined with your consistent effort that provides lasting change
