Great to meet you!

I believe therapy can be meaningful without feeling heavy all the time, and I often bring warmth, honesty, and a little humor into the process. I am kind and straightforward, and I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, emotional healing, and personal growth. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen your self-worth, and create healthier patterns that support the life you want moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I see therapy as a space where you can begin to take back the pen and write new chapters that serve you better and lead to a more desirable future. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand what they’re carrying, process difficult experiences, and make room for healing and change. I value creating a supportive environment where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive conversation where we begin getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. I want to understand your concerns, your goals, and what you hope will feel different in your life. My style is kind, open, and direct, so you can expect me to meet you with compassion while also helping you start gaining clarity. The first session is also a chance for us to see whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
