Great to meet you!

I've spent more than a decade as a therapist helping people work through anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges - and I'm still absolutely honored to walk alongside each of my clients. It’s a privilege to be able to meet with people in some of the most difficult moments in their lives, and to provide a space of safety, respite, and calm. I offer individual talk therapy, as well as EMDR to facilitate deep and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, relational and tailored to the unique needs and personality of each individual client. Through our intentional conversations I’ll help you explore your feelings and difficult life circumstances with empathy and curiosity, and I’ll offer you a mix of both practical tools to overcome your challenges, and deeper exploration into the root of the problem. As an anxiety therapist I also have a certificate in applied neuroscience for treating anxiety, panic, and worry, which means I’ll help you understand your brain and nervous system, and bring your body back to a place of regulation and peace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together we’ll start to explore everything that’s currently making your life hard to live. It’s a time for us to get to know one another better, and for you to get an idea of what it would feel like to work with me in therapy. By the end of the first session, we’ll have identified some concrete goals for our work together, as well as the first steps to get you feeling better. After meeting with me, I want you to feel less alone in your suffering, and more hopeful about the future.
