Welcome, starting on your journey to self-improvement is never easy. But reaching out is the first step. My name is Amy, Im a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience. I began my career working with adolescents with significant mental health struggles and have continued to work in the field with young adults as well as families.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities in my practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Oriented Treatment and Mindfulness. I believe in following your lead and will push gently as needed.
