Great to meet you!

I am aware that committing to therapy can seem frightening and intensely overwhelming, and frequently, the absolute hardest phase is making the choice to begin. Despite that, you are here today, effectively launching your vital journey to heal and revitalize. I sincerely welcome the chance to interact with you and explore exactly how I can help you. My clinical method is deeply warm, compassionate, and interactive.

My approach to therapy

I implement proven evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based therapy within the context of highly supportive, direct, and compassionate patient care. I am a licensed clinical social worker with five years of dedicated clinical experience working in health systems with individuals and families dealing with chronic illness, significant loss, and sudden life events. I have completed extensive trainings in cognitive behavioral therapy and palliative/end-of-life clinical care.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will strive to formulate healthy coping strategies for the many stressors encountered in life, specifically depression, anxiety, significant transitions, loss, and relationship issues. I maintain that you are the foremost expert regarding your own life, and it is necessary that we collaborate on the most individualized way to support you in achieving your aspirations, navigating the healing process, and rebuilding your daily life.
