Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Amy Disla, PMHNP-BC. I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with nearly 12 years of healthcare experience. I provide medication management and supportive care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related concerns.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized-I believe treatment works best when we create a plan together that fits your goals and lifestyle. Whether you’re looking to improve focus, manage anxious thoughts, lift your mood, or find more balance, I’m here to help you feel supported and empowered on your journey

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized. I believe mental health treatment is most effective when clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals—whether that’s finding the right medication, building coping skills, or addressing challenges like ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or sleep concerns.

I use a patient-centered style, combining evidence-based medication management with practical strategies to support everyday life. I encourage open communication and shared decision-making so you always feel involved and empowered in your care.

My goal is to provide a safe space where you can explore challenges, celebrate progress, and move toward greater balance and well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where your concerns are taken seriously and your goals guide the process. Together, we’ll work toward building stability, improving focus, reducing anxiety and stress, lifting mood, and creating healthier coping strategies.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered with a clearer path forward—whether that means adjusting medications, exploring new strategies, or simply having a space to process what you’re going through.
