Great to meet you!

I have nearly 30 years’ experience as a dual certified Nurse Midwife and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner including extensive psychiatric medication management and providing comprehensive care for women and adolescents. My Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from Rush University School of Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Yale University School of Nursing provides a strong foundation in evidence-based care. I welcome patients ages 12 and older seeking compassionate and welcoming care. My scope includes but is not limited anxiety disorders (including OCD and PTSD), depression, mood disorders, life transitions, and prenatal and postpartum mood concerns and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I provide holistic, collaborative, and affirming care. We will work together to develop a plan that supports your goals, concerns and needs.

What you can expect from me

Our initial consultation will be scheduled for 60 minutes and follow up sessions will be 30 minutes so there is time to maintain a therapeutic relationship that focuses on your wellbeing in a comprehensive way. Incorporating therapy, healthy diet, exercise. sleep, and other activities will also be our focus. Education will be provided with any medication recommendations and dose adjustments will be made based on feedback and your individual needs.
