Great to meet you!

I am passionate about the work I do, and have extensive experience working with clients through difficult life transitions and mental health challenges. I have specialized training in Trauma as well as Perinatal Mental Health, and enjoy supporting clients through these unique and heavy challenges in a non-judgemental space.

My approach to therapy

The work we do in therapy can be so powerful and impactful. I utilize our therapeutic connection, along with a flexible combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy to inform treatment and guide you toward your goals. Whether you struggle with relationships, juggling the many hats you wear, or working through some uncomfortable thoughts, I recognize that every person’s story is so intricately unique, and I aim to support you in making the changes necessary on your path to healing.

What you can expect from me

I offer a safe, inclusive space to release and process your emotional experiences so you are better able to make decisions with your mental wellness in mind. You deserve the opportunity to live out your life authentically and I am honored to help you take those crucial first steps, as shaky as they may be. Let's chat about how we can get you feeling better!
