Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I have a passion for mental health and wellness. I am concentrating on trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorder, and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. I have past experience working with families and individuals who struggle with mental illness, trauma, cognitive delays, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorder.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, active, holistic, warm and relational. I aim to create a space in which clients can do more than just vent, and to instead offer conversation, feedback, and guidance for pursuing your therapeutic goals. We will check in regularly to assure you feel satisfied with your progress towards the changes you are working on.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory setting, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and therapeutic goals. We will explore, question, and get curious together. I aim to create a warm, welcoming, safe and secure environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable.
