Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified DBT Clinician and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. I graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with my Master’s in Social Work (MSW) in 2013 and moved to Indiana with my family in 2016. My practice is a space where clients can process experiences at their own pace and develop tools to heal, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals seeking support with emotional regulation, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My practice is well-suited for clients who want practical coping tools, deeper self-understanding, and a collaborative, compassionate space to explore personal growth. Whether you’re facing a specific challenge or looking to build resilience, I’m here to support you on your path toward greater balance and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a chance to get to know each other and share what brings you to counseling. You’ll talk about your goals, ask questions, and discuss what feels most important to you. Together, we will begin creating a plan for moving forward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this session is simply a comfortable starting point for your healing and growth.
