A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to care is to identify & support thought patterns & behaviors that contribute to mental health issues. Medication management along with therapy can help develop healthy coping strategies. Mindfulness practices are a way to support individuals become present & aware of their thoughts & emotions which can help reduce stress & increase self-awareness. Individuals may need support & a non-judgment environment to explore ways to take charge of their lives.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a medication management & talk therapy session to be a valuable insight & support in a safe space to explore various aspects of their lives & gain deeper understanding of their emotions, thoughts, & behaviors. Overall, the take away from a session is a sense of empowerment, self-awareness, and the tools to navigate life challenges with confidence and resilience. It's a journey of growth, self-discovery, and finding inner strength.
