Great to meet you!

It is great to meet you! I’m Amy Farrell, a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, school and life stress, self-esteem challenges, caregiver fatigue, and the many pressures that come with being human. My goal is to offer a safe, non‐judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can be open and vulnerable while still feeling grounded and secure. As we continue working together, we’ll build on your strengths, increase your confidence, and highlight the qualities that already help you navigate the world. I believe that everyone has unique traits that shape how they move through life, and therapy can be a powerful place to recognize and grow those strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our early sessions, you’ll have the chance to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll listen closely, validate your experiences, and—when helpful—gently challenge patterns that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and create a path toward meaningful change.
