I take a holistic approach to therapy. Creating a warm welcoming environment where you feel safe, heard and accepted is prioritized. It is important to me that you feel respected and we are able to communicate openly. I will be there to listen, challenge you, and support you along the way.

My specialties include working with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, PTSD and trauma. Grounded in mindfulness, I utilize EMDR therapy and trained in ketamine assisted psychotherapy.

During your initial session, you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will then move forward and develop your treatment plan together, tailored to meet your specific needs and goals.
