Great to meet you!

I have accumulated extensive experience in behavioral health since 2006. My professional background encompasses work in hospitals, schools, community mental health centers, and the criminal justice system, addressing domestic and sexual trauma as well as child welfare. These multifaceted experiences have afforded me a comprehensive understanding of how systems impact wellness and healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my private practice, I integrate diverse experiences with a dedication to holistic and mindful approaches to healing. I draw from cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and body-based healing methodologies to assist clients in navigating life's challenges. Furthermore, I am actively pursuing ongoing education to expand my proficiency in new forms of treatment. My therapeutic passions are EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and sand tray therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to create a warm, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment for my clients to be able to open up and express the intricacies of their minds and hearts. I utilize sand tray, art, play, and other forms of expression to allow for unique healing experiences for all ages and individuals.
