Great to meet you!

Greetings! I returned to school after having children to earn my Masters as a Licensed Clinical Counselor in order to help people navigate through difficult situations in their lives. My main passion focuses on treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and women's issues, often utilizing EMDR and person-centered approach. I am also partnered with Journey Clinical to utilize Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to assist with treatment-resistant anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes people reach moments in their lives where they feel lost, overwhelmed, and alone. It is my goal to support and assist you in understanding yourself and your needs through identifying and processing past experiences that have negatively effected you. We also work towards coping and maneuvering through current and future situations and adversity. My goal is to adapt our therapy sessions to fit your personal journey and your unique style and am excited to work with you towards your individualized goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting, we will talk about your story and what you want from therapy. There is no pressure here. You control the pace, and you only share what feels right. I am here to listen and provide a safe, nonjudgmental, welcoming space.
