Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and have been practicing for over 25 years. I have great passion for what I do and truly love my job.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, open, and accepting. I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative approach to therapy—offering honest reflections and sharing my thoughts openly to help move the process forward.

I view therapy as a partnership. Together, we’ll explore what’s not working in your life and identify meaningful, realistic changes. My goal is to tailor our work to what best fits your needs, preferences, and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in attachment theory, which helps us understand how early relationships shape current patterns of behavior and connection. From there, I integrate tools from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including: ACT, IFS, DBT, and Mindfulness. I bring a trauma informed lens to all aspects of my work.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding you and what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, your goals for treatment, and any relevant background that helps make sense of what you’re experiencing. I take a collaborative and transparent approach, so I’ll ask questions, offer reflections, and begin identifying patterns—especially those rooted in attachment experiences or past relationships—that may be influencing your present life. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we might work together and whether it feels like a good fit.
