Great to meet you!

I am an LPC-S with specialized training in trauma-focused care. My clinical work spans a wide spectrum of concerns including ADHD, emotional dysregulation, complex PTSD, mood and anxiety disorders, chronic stress, and relational conflict. I work with clients ages 4 and up, providing structured therapeutic interventions that foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and long-term resilience—all within a secure and empathetic therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

I am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a well-established approach for helping individuals, particularly children and adolescents, process and recover from traumatic experiences. In addition, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence-based method that supports clients in processing distressing memories and reducing their emotional impact. Through EMDR, I help individuals build resilience, foster emotional well-being, and navigate past experiences with greater ease. My training allows me to integrate these techniques into therapy in a tailored, compassionate, and effective manner, ensuring each client receives the support that best meets their needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to develop a comprehensive understanding of themselves and acquire the necessary tools to maintain mental and emotional health.
