I am passionate about helping women figure it all out: work, romance, friendships, hobbies, sleep, health, identity as well as navigating the journey to starting a family and coping with the onset of perinatal mental health issues.
I approach my work with clients from an interpersonal, strengths-based, person-centered and supportive theoretical base. I draw interventions from CBT, ERP, DBT, and ACT with a feminist emphasis on assertiveness, boundary setting, self care and self compassion. I specialize in the treatment of PMADS and OCD/anxiety disorders.
