Great to meet you!

With more than 20 years of clinical experience and four years of psychoanalytic training, I help clients gain insight into longstanding emotional and relationship patterns that may be operating outside of awareness. Greater self-understanding can lead to lasting changes in how you feel, relate to others, and experience your life.

My approach to therapy

You may look like you're managing everything on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted on the inside. Perhaps you have noticed yourself repeating the same painful relationship patterns, struggling with self doubt, or feeling stuck despite your best efforts to move forward. I provide a warm, collaborative, and insight oriented approach that helps clients better understand themselves and the underlying factors contributing to their struggles. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be operating outside of awareness leading to meaningful and lasting changes.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, and finding the right therapist is an important decision. I strive to create a safe, thoughtful, and supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and free to explore whatever is on their minds. Therapy can provide an opportunity for growth, insight, and meaningful change.
