Great to meet you!

Hi! I've been a psychotherapist since 2001. My training is in systems therapy, which focuses on our relationship with ourselves and others and how these relationships are impacted by our environments. Mental and Emotional Health and Improving Relationships are my passions. This is my purpose in life, and I love teaching and helping people cultivate emotional, mental, and relationship health.

My approach to therapy

I am a perpetual student and enjoy learning and applying new techniques and strategies. My work is trauma informed, neuroscience informed, and nervous system informed, and practicing mindfulness/embodiment integration. I love to teach and share knowledge and wisdom! I am holistic in that I believe in the mind, body, and heart connection and integrating these aspects of our selves.

What you can expect from me

I am naturally curious and enjoy getting to know people. You can expect me to ask insightful and curious questions! I love helping people go deeper into their own self-awareness and heal traumas, and create cognitive flexibility, while creating practices to support mental and emotional health and manage life adjustments.
