Great to meet you!

With 17 years' experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide compassionate, client-centered care to children, teens, adults and families. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I will partner with you to identify your goals and support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates evidenced-based modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, allowing me to tailor treatment to your unique needs. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, manage anxiety or depression, and build healthier more fulfilling relationships.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel scary and overwhelming, and taking that first step is often the hardest part. I am truly glad you're considering this journey, and I would be honored to work with you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes.
