Welcome To Butterfly Therapeutics: Where Change Meets Transformation! I am Amy Garcia, M.S., LPC. I am a Cognitive-Holistic Therapist that has been working in the mental health field since 2015. I obtained my undergraduate in Psychology with a focus in child development. I then went on to gain a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Butterfly Therapeutics offers telehealth psychotherapy specializing in Trauma Work using CPT and LGBTQ+ issues. My practice also offers in-home cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy specializing in behavior modification and Autism (Levels 1 and 2).

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to become my client’s partner and toolbox. Where you get the autonomy to decide the focus mixed with the resources of empathetic reflection and evidence-based practices I provide; so together we can get you to where you want to be emotionally and mentally.
