Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 5 years of experience caring for individuals in inpatient psychiatry, substance use treatment, and community health settings. I take an open-minded, compassionate, and patient-centered approach, meeting each person where they are without judgment.

I believe you are more than your diagnosis or your past. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your treatment. I take the time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, and goals so we can work together to find a treatment approach that fits you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, or more complex mental health concerns, I’m here to listen, collaborate, and support you on your journey toward feeling your best.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient-focused, collaborative, and individualized. I consider each patient’s unique needs, concerns, history, strengths, and treatment goals when developing an appropriate plan of care. I believe effective treatment should be tailored to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to work alongside you to develop a safe, thoughtful, and evidence-based treatment plan that supports meaningful and lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to understand what brings you to care. We’ll discuss your mental health history, current concerns, goals, medications, and any factors that may be affecting your well-being. Most importantly, you can expect to be heard without judgment. Together, we’ll identify your individual needs and develop a thoughtful treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, lifestyle strategies, or other appropriate supports. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your care.
