My goal is to provide a space for clients to find relief from negative/obsessive thoughts, restore health, resolve conflicted relationships, improve mood and achieve the life they desire.

While sometimes therapy can be uncomfortable, Amy is gifted in building a trusting partnership with her clients. She has learned through experience that when this happens the possibilities for change can be endless.
