Great to meet you!

I am an Independently Licensed Mental Health Provider in the state of Nebraska and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Wyoming and South Dakota. I work with ages 12 and older on a variety of mental health issues. I specialize in trauma therapy and have found success in working with clients in implementing CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and somatic work before, during and after trauma processing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide therapeutic services using a Person- Centered/ Humanistic approach, acknowledging that every client is their own expert on their life and treatment is unique for each individual person. I find that meeting clients where they are, working through a well planned treatment plan tailored for those specific needs, moves clients from "surviving" to feeling empowered.

What you can expect from our first session

You've already done part of the hard work, you're researching, reaching out, seeking help! Now on to the next step. We will meet for an initial intake session where we get to know each other and gather information that will best help me understand your specific set of needs and goals. We will agree upon the frequency of meeting and continue therapy services from there.
