Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of licensed experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, and life transitions. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations and understand that every person's path to healing is unique.

I have a special interest in supporting helping professionals, corporate individuals, veterans, and farmers experiencing workplace stress or burnout. I understand the unique challenges that come with service, caregiving, demanding careers, and lifestyles that often place others' needs ahead of your own.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from evidence-based practices while creating a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you're working through a difficult season or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and create a life that feels more balanced and aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive environment. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, any current challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. I'll ask questions about your history, strengths, and support systems so I can better understand your unique experiences. Together, we'll identify initial goals and begin creating a plan that feels meaningful and achievable. Most importantly, this is your space to share at your own pace without judgment.
