Great to meet you!

Hi. I am excited to begin your counseling journey with you. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over two decades in the mental health field, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals navigating life's challenges. My passion lies in assisting those whose anxiety, depression, low self-worth, grief, or overwhelming stress - whether stemming from work, family dynamics, or personal relationships - hinder their ability to embrace change and embark on transformative journeys.

My approach to therapy

I take a solutions-focused approach to therapy, which means that clients learn strategies to overcome their negative emotions or to surpass obstacles. I create a safe environment in sessions so clients feel comfortable talking about what’s on their minds and exploring their thoughts and feelings. I adapt my approach based on what each person needs and what their mental health goals are, that way I can ensure that they’ll benefit from their sessions.

What you can expect from me

I like to create a casual environment that will make you feel comfortable. I want to offer a place where you will feel capable of sharing your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I am straightforward, open, and honest. Ultimately my goal is to create a safe and empathic space for you to share and work through their concerns. Through therapy, you may discover what feels missing as well as how to celebrate your strengths. I want you to leave therapy with tools that you can use in the future.
