Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating depression, anxiety, and chronic mental health challenges. I take an eclectic, client-centered approach, recognizing that each person's experience is unique and deserves individualized care. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgemental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan, and I am passionate about helping clients build insight, coping skills, and emotional stability.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and tailored to you. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model, so I pull from different therapeutic approaches like CBT and solution focused therapy to meet your specific needs. I create a space where you can be open and real, while also helping you identify patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and move towards lasting change. I balance support with gentle challenge to help you grow.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting comfortable and starting where you are. We'll talk about what's been going on, what led you to seek therapy, and what you'd like to work on. There's no pressure to share everything at one, we move at your pace. I'll help guide the conversation, answer any questions, and begin working with you to set goals so you leave with a clearer sense of direction.
