Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing individual and group therapy in both medical and private practice settings. I’ve worked with people from many different backgrounds and stages of life, including young adults, parents, professionals, leaders, and individuals facing barriers to accessing care. My experience includes supporting people with a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges, and I value the opportunity to work with each person as an individual.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, accepting, and individualized. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I draw from DBT, CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing based on what best fits your needs. I also value psychoeducation and want you to understand what you’re experiencing and why, so that therapy feels practical and empowering rather than simply telling you what to do. My goal is to work collaboratively with you, meet you where you are, and find meaningful ways to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to get from our work together. I may also use brief screenings when helpful, but my goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and understood—not like you’re simply being checked off a list.
