A bit about my approach to therapy

Amy Haack is skilled in family therapy. Amy provides couples counseling, counseling for teenagers, and parent training and coaching. Amy also works with adults in individual therapy treating a range of issues: anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, stress management, chronic health and illness symptoms, medical trauma, sexuality and intimacy issues, relationship issues and isolation. Amy also has worked with many individuals who have disabilities, as well as, their caregivers.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to be challenged to make changes that are doable and achievable with support. Clients will feel supported and have access to communicating with Amy in between sessions as needed.
