Amy Haack

Amy Haack is a solution-focused therapist who seeks to engage clients in active participation during the therapy process. Amy has worked with many different types of clients with various mental health needs.

Amy Haack is skilled in family therapy. Amy provides couples counseling, counseling for teenagers, and parent training and coaching. Amy also works with adults in individual therapy treating a range of issues: anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, stress management, chronic health and illness symptoms, medical trauma, sexuality and intimacy issues, relationship issues and isolation. Amy also has worked with many individuals who have disabilities, as well as, their caregivers.

Clients can expect to be challenged to make changes that are doable and achievable with support. Clients will feel supported and have access to communicating with Amy in between sessions as needed.
