Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Amy, and I help adults navigate midlife stress that may bring up past experiences or trauma. I also work with children and adults experiencing sensory sensitivities, social difficulties, anxiety, and challenges with regulating emotions or behaviors. My background in child development helps me understand how early experiences shape us and supports my work with both adults and parents seeking compassionate care and guidance.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy supports the mind-body connection. For adults, I use Somatic Experiencing (SE) to process stress and past experiences, bringing ease and resilience into daily life. I also offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) for adults and children to help with sensory sensitivities, social struggles, emotional regulation, and shutting down. My work is grounded in creating a safe, supportive space to help you or your child feel more connected and confident.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a safe, supportive space focused on healing and growth. Sessions help build awareness of the mind-body connection, process past experiences, and ease emotional overwhelm. My goal is to guide clients toward greater resilience, connection, and confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Whether working with adults or children, I support clients in their journey to heal, feel more at ease, and create the life they want.
