Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a Masters Degree from the University of Kansas. For the past 15 years I have worked in a variety of settings offering mental and behavioral health therapy to children, families and individuals, specializing in trauma and attachment focused therapy. I am a Registered Play Therapist and Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Mastery Method Coach. I utilize a variety of modalities and interventions to uniquely customize each client's experience to best match their needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive space for all.

My approach to therapy

Whether working with individuals, couples, adults or children my passion is in witnessing the miraculous growth and healing that comes from leaning into vulnerability and exploring our blocks and challenges from a place of compassion and curiosity.
