Great to meet you!

Life can bring challenges that leave you feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply needing someone who will listen and understand. As a therapist, I strive to provide a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be yourself and share your story. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, family concerns, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and emotional struggles. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported, and I’m passionate about meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you work toward healing, personal growth, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, connection, and understanding. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. Using approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-focused therapy, I tailor our work to your unique needs. Together, we can explore emotions and past experiences, develop healthy coping skills, recognize your strengths, and work toward healing and meaningful growth at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and creating a comfortable, welcoming space for you to share what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current challenges, goals, and hopes for our work together, as well as review the therapeutic process and confidentiality. This is also an opportunity to ask questions, begin building trust, and see if therapy feels like the right fit for you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
