I am an EMDR-certified therapist, a Board Certified Christian Life Coach, & in practice since 2004.

What you can expect from our first session

At your first session, I will get some history from you and then we will talk about what brought you into therapy. You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable with. We will also start putting a plan together to help you accomplish your goals for treatment. I welcome questions and want you to feel comfortable asking questions and clarifying information. At the end of your session, we will set up your next appointment time.
