Great to meet you!

After obtaining my master's in clinical mental health in 2016, I have worked in outpatient settings focusing specifically on treating individuals with trauma. I utilize EMDR techniques along with somatic interventions to create an environment focused on healing empowerment.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, accepting, and gently direct. I focus heavily on nervous system regulation first, as I have found this sets the ground work for successful EMDR and other interventions.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create an accepting and safe environment to assist clients in learning to regulate their nervous system more effectively. This creates a safe place for clients to process their trauma, leading to a decrease in symptoms and an increase in quality of life.
