Great to meet you!

Welcome! This is a safe and supportive space. You don’t have to face what you’re going through alone, and you deserve compassion without judgment. I work with concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, existential questions, people-pleasing, and breaking patterns to navigating life-altering events, loss, trauma, and periods of personal or spiritual transition. With over 20 years of clinical experience and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I offer steady support through both difficult and transformative moments. When things feel unclear or overwhelming, I help you find your footing so you can move forward with greater steadiness and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, blending CBT, mindfulness, and insight-oriented work. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may no longer serve you while creating space for clarity, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience. I believe therapy is a collaborative process; you already carry deep inner wisdom, and my role is to help you access it while offering steady support and practical tools for change.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling exhausted or overwhelmed, you don’t have to carry that alone. In our first session, you don’t need to have everything figured out, just a willingness to show up as you are. We’ll focus on creating a sense of safety and understanding, explore what’s been weighing on you and begin identifying what support and direction feel most helpful right now. Our work unfolds gently, with respect for your pace and readiness.
