Great to meet you!

Do you often put on a smile and act as though everything is OK? Do you put everyone else first and often feel like you are pouring from an empty cup? If so, my guess is that you often feel depleted, anxious, and stressed. If this sounds like you, I want you to know that you can improve and I help people just like you. Clients most often seek me out to help them address chronic anxiety/stress, “big or small” distressing events/trauma, and problems in relationships.

My approach to therapy

If experience is important to you when selecting a therapist, you should know that I have worked in the behavioral health field for over 20 years. There are many ways in which we can tackle these problems together, one approach is through Accelerated Resolution Therapy. A.R.T. can help you quickly and efficiently decrease the symptoms you are experiencing, to help you feel more in control of your emotions and your life.

What you can expect from me

We will get to know one another and see if we are a good fit. We will then work on identifying your goals for therapy and develop a plan for how we will accomplish those goals. I want you to leave each session with something valuable, whether it is a new insight, a goal for the week, or something to think about further. Please reach out if you would like to set up a 10-minute consultation or schedule a first appointment.
